Fahrenheit Update - Dec '04
Last I heard from CityMark there are 12 units left. And I guess now we're looking at a early 2006 completion date.
Also, I just noticed that you can actually see the Fahrenheit construction site in the CCDC's animated flyover videos.
In the first video, the L-shaped site shows up near the end of the clip. Look for it next to the new library dome. In the second video, it shows up right in the beginning, just to the right of Petco Park.

Update: Here's a listing of available downtown condos. It looks pretty comprehensive and up-to-date. Has CityMark sold all their units city-wide?
