I've got to give a shout out to Quan Phung, a friend of my family. Congratulations on the promotion!
Tony Pierce put up a new photo essay starting with the photo above. I know exactly where this furniture store is! Rolan and Angie live down the street from it.
Its fireworks & Q'ing time!
When: Sun July 4, 11am - 9:30pm
Where: La Jolla Cove
Christel and I will head down early to try to get the same spot as last year. Its down south a couple blocks from the fireworks staging area. More details coming soon.
We'll bringing a portable propane grill, Korean BBQ ribs and Pepsi. If you're coming then leave a comment and I'll organize and figure out what we're missing.
By the way, check out this article...hard to believe that this may be the last fireworks show in La Jolla.
Update
