The downstairs has a queen pullout bed , twin trundle beds a kitchen , fireplace and full washroom. The cancellation policy is we take a deposit of 2 nights at time of
booking and full payment 30 prior to reservation. If you cancel outside
of 30 days we refund the 2 night deposit minus a 25$ cancellation fee.
If you cancel within the 30 days it is 100% forfeit. Thanks
